Coca-Cola Beverages Africa has an exciting vacancy of Business Development and Commercialization Manager at our Matola Gare Plant which produces the Beverages in Mozambique for the last two decades. This is a Senior management role that reports directly to Country Commercial Director with non direct repartees across Coca-Cola Beverages Africa- Mozambique Commercial function. He will be responsible for leading the implementation of the business plan, provide specialist support for complex projects, support the Director and Manager Director on providing strategic thought leadership and content that shapes business strategy and plan. You will also be required to implement transformational Commercial projects that deliver the strategic priorities of long term growth, leveraging on economies of scale and building fundamental resource capabilities.

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities

 

The Business Development and Commercialization Manager role is responsible to identify & develop commercially viable propositions from the innovation pipeline. Develop and trail the business models required for accelerated growth and contribution of adjacent business categories. The role will increase the long term value of adjacent brands and new innovations. Develop marketing strategies and integrated programs for profitable growth. In addition, the role provides strategic analytics, modeling and insights to support the overall business in identifying growth levers. Skills, Experience & Education

 

• A business related degree from a recognized university and relevant Marketing professional qualifications;
• At least 8 years Sales experience;
• Relevant 3-5 years FMCG/Marketing and Project Management experience;
• Broad business and commercial acumen;
• Relevant systems and analytics experience.

General

Acts as a support to the broader function and business by providing detailed analytics and modeling to assist in identifying opportunities and risks to deliver business value.
