Retail Supervisor is responsible to ensure that all retail outlets in his/her Province achieve set Sales Targets, ensure quality / satisfactory service level delivery in retail outlets. Manage dealers, Retail Customer Service Agents and Vodacom Retail Outlets.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Grow business via Quality gross connections and achieving Sales Targets by Managing dealers.
- Ensure the availability of Vodacom products and services in all retail outlets in Cabo Delgado Province.
- Manage and Supervisor Retail Customer Service agents in Cabo Delgado ensuring that Service KPI are met.
- Guarantee that all Vodacom Policies and Procedures are adhered in all Vodacom Retail outlets in Cabo Delgado.
- Work closer with all other departments like Marketing, Mpesa, commercials and operations provide necessary trade business feedbacks/reports
Key performance indicators:
- Gross Connections – Measured against established Targets
- Customer Satisfaction Index – Measured against Provincial Client satisfaction KPIs

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Degree on Management, sales, commerce, Marketing is an advantage
- Minimum 2 to 5 years professional experience on sales, distribution or customer Service.
- Spend most of the time in the road/ market
