Key Purpose Statement To provide assistance to Trade Marketing Manager & Sales team on Execution. The role will work closely with the Marketing teams, to identify and share best practices and support their adoption.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Key Outputs and Accountabilities
• Manage office expenditure • Process travel claims • Create SAP purchase orders and purchase requisitions • Reconcile travel claims • Notice boards updated at all times • Execution of communication plan • Distribution of all relevant communication • Organize travels and complex travel itineraries • Complete travel authorizations • Process all forex claims for travel • Support V-trac recording, issue resolution and status communication • Act as back-up in creation of Customer Master data entries, corrections and SAP pricing • Coordinate S&M KPI reporting • Compile routine reports and S&M Packs; data from multiple sources into consolidated spreadsheets and presentations for reporting purposes • Draw reports from SAP • Produce ad hoc documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for meetings and as required • Manage and maintain office equipment and stationery • Manage and review filing and office systems • Compile leave form registers and travel registers • Take and compile meeting minutes • Assist with induction of new employees • Receive guests |
Skills, Experience & Education
Qualifications and Experience
• Bookkeeping or Finance certificate
• Matric with Accounting
• Five years in an administration capacity
• Finance and SAP – specifically raising PR / PO’s, Materials Management, Master data and V-trac Competencies
• Good time management
• Good written skills
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with respect and sensitivity
• Demonstrates acute product knowledge
