Key Purpose Statement To enhance Brand Equity and Brand Awareness through coordinating Special Events through Budgets in line with the region’s Brand Strategy


Key Duties & Responsibilities



• Supporting marketing executives in organizing various projects;

• Assist with managing Special Events reporting- Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities;

• Support on execution in trade of Trade Marketing events;

• Support on execution in trade of Trade Marketing initiatives (activation, communication, client management, etc);

• Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information;

• Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional and attend them to facilitate their success;

• Prepare and deliver promotional presentations;

• Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships;

• Ensure all plans are executed against commercial strategy; Assist with formulating and managing special planned events; • Assist with executing special events;

• Build relationships with current and potential sponsorship organisations;

• Maintain special events assets;

• Coordinate promotions activities;

• Assist with compiling and manage budget;

• Assist with compiling activities reports;

• Ideal – Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing.
