Role purpose: To drive the vision on digital, fuel the roadmap and be the motor to realize this roadmap.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
• Support the life cycle management of all existing and future digital channels (web, mobile, messaging, portals) and digital applications;
• Ensure customer centricity – by bringing in customer experience into every decision
• Extensive understanding of customer needs/insights for the development of Digital initiatives.
• Support on implementation of Advertising Project
• Responsible for local Content sourcing and management.

Must have technical / professional qualifications
• Communicate effectively, both verbal and written, in Portuguese and English
• Knowledge of digital environment.
• Strong analytical skills with marketing science and work in close partnership with IT
• A minimum 3 year bachelor’s Degree in business or information systems areas is essential.

• App penetration / Web and Wap usage
• Sales or purchases of Digital & VAS services
• Segmented digital experience for Youth, HV and mass.
