The role provides expert leadership, support and assurance to the Head of HR with regard to talent in order to improve the resource acquisition strategies, performance and engagement of its talent. The role will be responsible for governance process effectiveness for the talent acquisition (end to end recruitment process with HRBPs) and management framework including Early Careers and Executive and Leadership Development where appropriate and driving specific strategic talent initiatives for critical talent segments and high potential talent. Where vendors/contractors are used in delivery, they would work under the guidance of the LL&T Manager.
- To work in partnership with business leaders and in collaboration with HR colleagues both in country and Group, on the implementation of the general HR agenda, which include Resourcing, Learning, Leadership and Training and its impact on people
- Provide strategic input into the Mozambique Talent strategy, governance and budget frameworks,
- Provide strategic leadership for Talent team, including developing a Talent Strategy in close cooperation with the Regional LL&T Head and the Regional Resourcing Head
Bachelor Honours Degree – Business Management, Digital familiarity (Meets some of the requirements and would need further development), Enabling team success (Meets all of the requirements), English, Experience in a similar environment at management level, Openness to change (Meets some of the requirements and would need further development), Portuguese
