
Role purpose: To support the end-to-end Recruitment process and candidate journey.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
• To engage line management to agree on timelines and details for the recruitment process;
• To manage the resourcing system from a back-end perspective;
• Ensure that all vetting of candidates are in place;
• Prepare offers, contracts and organize documentation for new starters;
• Engage with candidates in order to setup interviews and on boarding processes.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
• Good planning, organization and prioritizing;
• Relationship-building with Managers and candidates;
• Experience with recruitment (desirable).
Technical / professional qualifications
• Degree in HR, Psychology or related areas;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
