The U.S. Mission in Maputo/Mozambique is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of Inventory Clerk.

 

Duties

Incumbent is responsible for the inventory and inspection of all Expendable and Non-Expendable property for the prompt reporting to appropriate official, such as the General Services Officer and/or the Management Officer. Distributes inventory reports to S/GSO, A/GSO, GSO EPAP (collectively “GSO U.S. Direct Hires”), the Property Manager, and International Cooperative Administrative Support Services council. Conducts both annual and scheduled inventories and updates the Integrated Logistics Management System consistently and accurately. Maintains property disposal files. Prepares and prints Non-Expendable analytical reports. Works with the Supply Clerks to prepare Expendable records for welcome kits, Expendable supplies, and general reports
