
The U.S. Mission in Maputo/Mozambique is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position Assistant to Management Officer
Duties
- Under the supervision of Management Officer, the incumbent provides administrative support to the Management Officer (MO), ICASS Council, Interagency Housing Board (IAHB) and similar inter-agency meetings and committees that fall under the purview of the Management Officer
- Provides guidance and assistance to the management section heads in coordinating management priorities and completion of assigned responsibilities
- Acts as a liaison between State/ICASS and other agencies’ management personnel and management section section-heads (i.e., CLO, GSO, FSHP, FMO, FMM)
- Updates the management section intranet webpage and other online data sources across all management sections
- Manages events and function preparation on behalf of the MO (representational events, team off-sites, etc.) and sits on the Fourth of July and similar committees
