To support the Legal Department in the management of Litigation according with Group Litigation Policy and Standard and manage the internal and external stakeholders.
Job Description
- Manage Litigation and avoid payment of any fine to the Bank;
- Keep on track all litigations and update the reports;
- Manage relationships with Internal and External Stakeholders;
- Conduct annual litigation risk assessment;
- Manage court orders and inheritance processes;
- Manage litigation cost within timelines;
- Roll out litigation training to Business Units in annual basis;

Higher Certificates and Advanced National (Vocational) Certificates: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
