The VAS Senior Specialist will be responsible for designing and promoting VAS products and services to reach consumers in a timely, relevant and cost-effective manner through all channels (USSD,Mobile Aps, Portal, website etc).
Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
• Manage the life cycle of all existing and future VAS products and wasp applications;
• Ensure customer centricity – by bringing in customer experience into every decision
• Extensive understanding of customer needs/insights for the development of VAS initiatives.
• Be a key supporter of the Digitalization of VAS products
• Responsible for local content sourcing and management

• VAS & consumer trends expertise.
• Marketing experience
• Ability to deliver complex digital marketing projects
• Solid relationship management skills and ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• Degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer/Software engineering or Marketing
• Experience of 2+ years leading a team
• 4+ years in VAS/ Telecom industry or functional experience is desirable.
