To provide assistance to Human Resource Business Partner on advisory and support of various activities to meet people and business satisfaction.
- Assist Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) on all people management matters and ensure continues feedback to Business;
- To interpret Labour Law, organization’s policies and provide professional HR advice to Managers and employees;
- To support on professional Human Resource Business Partners advice to Managers to ensure that the service area has excellent management of its employees covering all aspects of Performance, Competence, Conduct and Attendance;
- Support on organizing admin and on general meetings with employees and managers;.
- In coordination with Human Resource Business Partners , support and advise leadership on most cost effective employee decision and risk management approaches;
- Support Human Resource Business Partners in ensure excellent recruitment, onboarding and offboarding experience;
- Support on projects management approaches implementation and delivery of organizational change;
- To support Human Resource Business Partners in advising Managers on employee hearings and appeals in case of disciplinary processes;
- To support on Time management, actingships and rotations management
- To support on preparation of Human Resource Business Partners on monthly presentations reports, and ensure submissions on time and according to recommendations;
