The CCBA Procurement Manager is responsible for establishing strategic leadership by managing the Procurement organisation, ensuring that all sourcing strategies are successfully executed and fully implemented – including best practices across the sourcing lifecycle, key stakeholder alignment and customer satisfaction in CCBA territories, as well as ensuring purchasing transactions are efficiently executed in country.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for managing and governing strategic partnerships with Global Shareholder Procurement functions i.e. CCBA.Group Procurement and CEPG actively representing CCBA in the Governing bodies of both Shareholders. Also accountable for target setting in alignment with Global Shareholder goals and drives Procurement value contribution for CCBA while setting policies, strategies and processes and ensuring compliance thereof. Also has functional and managerial responsibility for the HQ Strategic Category Managers and Procurement Capability Managers.
Responsible for functional management of Country Head of Procurement and SEA Country Procurement Leads.

Skills, Experience & Education
Bachelor’s Degree in related field with preferred post graduate in Supply Chain /Finance /Engineering. Added advantage: Master’s degree in Business Management/Engineering/Supply Chain/Finance 12+ years of leadership experience in both strategic, operational and international corporate environments in a variety of Procurement roles within a FMCG environment Recognized qualification in procurement would be considered an asset. In depth knowledge of procurement, preferably working in an international environment will be a benefit.
This position will lead the country procurement department, manage the team to supplier and assist all internal requirements for materials and supply the services, in this role he will be managing the stores across country – Matola Gare, Chimoio and Nampula Plant.
