Job Overview
Key account executive is responsible to manage the requirements of Key customers on a timely manner.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to the key customers in a timely manner.
- Keep track of Key customer requirements and timely update on the spares availability.
- Responsible to assist the Retailers requirements on time.
- Responsible to increase the sales from channel partners and key customers.
- Get a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Qualifications
- Any graduate: Bachelor course is preferable
- Experience: More than 10 years in Automobile warehouse and 3 to 5 years in Key account management.
- Specific skills: Computer knowledge, Experience on any warehouse management systems
- Age Limit: 30 to35 Years
- Salary Range: 30 t0 35 000 Meticals / month gross salary
- Preferred language: Portuguese, English.
